Why is Windows 7 64-bit not 64-bit?

In any case we have many German friends here on this Forum and I for one will not stand by and see them insulted just because one of their country men is being objectionable.     Any generalization regarding people is a moot point. There are always these and those in any country. I have lived in a half dozen countries and found that people are very much the same on average. Priotities in life may be a bit different because of the particular history and circumstances in the country, but for real important events, people react the same.
