Explorer constant crashes; Not Restarting.

    3. In the list that appears, right-click on cmd.exe and choose Run as administrator
    4. In the command window that opens, type sfc /scannow and hit enter.

    Report the content of the output window once it finishes.
    I had done this several times and there was no error, if i remember correctly,there were no "integrity violations" or something

    OK. I'm not really sure what to suggest at this point. Are you prone to malware infection? When was the last system scan performed?
