Random fatal error c000021a out of nowhere?

This computer has been running totally fine for several months, just yesterday it shut down randomly twice, I thought nothing of it, but now today, the computer doesn't even boot windows, it flashes the "Starting Windows" then BSOD and fatal 0xc000021a stop error, and some DLL file has failed. Startup repair does nothing.

I have done nothing since two days ago, when it was perfect, and now. What do I do?

    i7-3930k, DX79SI, 8GB Corsair Vengeance, Sapphire 7950 3GB with boost, 180GB 520 Series SSD, 1TB Seagate Barracuda 7200/64, Corsair TX750 V2, Samsung T22B350.

    Hi darkspartan

Lets take a look at something .

Can you open up the registry . Click on type REGEDIT inside Search programs and files press <ENTER> click on Yes on the UAC window . Inside REGEDIT navigate to

    Code:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
Does it have Msgina.dll in the value ?

Or do you use another 3rd party login program ?

Nope, just team fortress 2, but that was days before.

I will check for the errors, back in a bit.

It says knownDLL failed, codes 0x0000000 and 0xc000012a

another code was mentioned too, but i didnt get it down

EDIT: When I checked again it was 0x0007a680(or something), however this wasn't constant and changed. First 2 codes appear to be constant though.
