    Hey guys, I've been trying to get my PC straightened out... I'm still not quite sure if it's got software or hardware issues or both. but I have this error popping up and I've tried all these steps to fix it with no success. I took ownership and gave permissions in regedit... then used the dcomcnfg but the options are greyed out in the security tab. Help me out here

    Make sure you give full control to Admin and System for this key:
    {344ED43D-D086-4961-86A6-1106F4ACAD9B}

    That will open up the ability to edit IpBusEnum in dcomcnfg. However, I'm not sure you even need to do that. It looks like to me the default settings already grant the System Local Launch.
