Windows 7 Homepremium32bit StartUpRepair Loop. Cannot boot windows.
Sorry if this is the wrong section to post this problem.
So I'm helping my family fix our computer. I recently noticed that something was wrong (lag, slow loading programs) so I went on and did a Malwarebytes scan. To my surprise I found over 700 trojans infecting most of our files. I obviously tried to clear them all but the computer froze and I was forced to turn it off.
Upon rebooting, it took me to Start Up repair and it couldn't find any solution.
Told me "This computer cannot be fixed automatically".
I went on and tried to restore to last checkpoint (successful) but as I restarted it took me to the StartUpRepair again and tried to search for solutions.
I tried to go into safemode but I either am doing it wrong or I just can't.
Now to make things clearer, I CANNOT log in. It takes me to start up loop and either access command prompt and some other options, restart or shut down.
If there is a way to CLEAR the harddrive I am ready to just do it and tell my parents there was no other choice. (I'd rather do that).
Thanks in advanced for the help!
EDIT: Sorry, I probably forgot something useful.
Anyways here's what it says when I failed the startuprepair:
