Windows 7 Homepremium32bit StartUpRepair Loop. Cannot boot windows.

Sorry if this is the wrong section to post this problem.

So I'm helping my family fix our computer. I recently noticed that something was wrong (lag, slow loading programs) so I went on and did a Malwarebytes scan. To my surprise I found over 700 trojans infecting most of our files. I obviously tried to clear them all but the computer froze and I was forced to turn it off.

Upon rebooting, it took me to Start Up repair and it couldn't find any solution.
Told me "This computer cannot be fixed automatically".
I went on and tried to restore to last checkpoint (successful) but as I restarted it took me to the StartUpRepair again and tried to search for solutions.
I tried to go into safemode but I either am doing it wrong or I just can't.

Now to make things clearer, I CANNOT log in. It takes me to start up loop and either access command prompt and some other options, restart or shut down.

If there is a way to CLEAR the harddrive I am ready to just do it and tell my parents there was no other choice. (I'd rather do that).

Thanks in advanced for the help!

EDIT: Sorry, I probably forgot something useful.

Anyways here's what it says when I failed the startuprepair:

Does the computer have a built in recovery partition? If so, you can use that to restore the computer to it's factory new state, but be aware you will lose everything currently on it. If there is anything you need to save, see here for a great way to do it: Emergency Kit - save your files from a dead OS

How you start the recovery process varies with each manufacturer. The Users Guide or Service Manuel for the computer will tell you how to use it. Post the make and full model number and I may be able to help locate the information.

If not, do you have a Windows 7 install DVD? You can use that to do a Clean Install, You format the hard drive during the install process. If you do not have a Windows 7 installation DVD, you can download a legal copy with SP1 integrated from here:

    Windows 7 Direct Download Links

Make sure you get the same version you have, Home Premium, Pro or Ultimate and 32 or 64 bit. Note that Basic or Starter is not available.

I recommend using ImgBurn at 4X speed (or the slowest available) to create the DVD from the downloaded .iso file.

You can do this on any computer capable of burning a DVD.

YOU MUST HAVE A VALID KEY TO INSTALL THIS .ISO. The one on the COA sticker on your computer will work.

You can also create a bootable USB Flash drive (4GB or larger) to install Windows 7 from.

    1. Download and run Universal USB Installer – Easy as 1 2 3
    2. Select Windows 7 from the first drop down list, all the way to the bottom
    3. Select the downloaded Windows 7 iso file
    4. Select your USB flash drive
    5. Click Create

For techies or folks who work on computers: Create Windows 7 Universal ISO With All Editions Selection On Install with ei.cfg Removal Utility.
This will fit on a 6GB flash drive or can be burned to a Dual Layer DVD.

With that level of corruption I'd wipe the HD first with Diskpart Clean Command.

Then follow the same steps here to get a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

There is a step to rescue your files. They need to go into quarantine and not be reimported until scanned with your AV, Malwarebytes and the scans recommended for those particular trojans.

Unfortunately, when ever I put in my Windows 7 disc, nothing happens. I can't get it to happen. Either that or I don't know what to do. Because all I do is push it in and wait for it to do something.

And just to point out, I only have a disc to install W7 OS. Nothing else but installation. (I do have a key legally yes, haha).

Where did you get Win7 DVD? Did you burn it yourself, and how?

Are you following these steps How to Boot A Computer from CD or DVD - YouTube?

You should get a prompt to Press any key...

If not the disk is not burned correctly so start over downloading the latest official installer for your licensed version, burn to DVD using tool in Steps 1 and 2 of Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
