    Unplug all but the Win7 HD and try again.

    Then work through the Troubleshooting Step for Win7. These steps lead up to if necessary backing up your data to reinstall. In this case I would wipe the HD during reinstall.

    If you get it working correctly, see if it stays stable with the slave HD connected. If not check the connection first, then move the data off to wipe the HD, repartition in Disk Mgmt to see if that resolves it.
