Windows not starting up

Don't use ccleaner. It cleans registry and other stuff... but can delete too much and cause troubles as well. If you have BSOD screens for a long time you should have fixed that earlier!

What exactly were you cleaning with ccleaner?

Can you boot in "safe mode" using Advanced Boot Options ?
Do you have a win7 repair CD ? System Repair Disc - Create

Can you boot to Advanced Boot Options ? and select "repair your computer there"? Try that a do a system restore to a date/time prior to having problems. System Restore option TWO. Works?

You should first try the System Restore above to a date before you had the problem if that does work try the System Repair Disk. It will not bother your personal files. It will only change the Windows files.

There was at least one Windows update that caused this behavoir. I don't recall the kb, but it wasn't that long ago.

edit: not the BSOD, multiple restarts up to 3 I think

It is not a re install of windows.

Yes, run startup repair.

Startup Repair

As Kaktus states, you have to fix the BSOD issue.

Ccleaner had nothing to do with it.

Try another video card, if you have one, and if you manage to repair windows.

Now check windows updates and do the updates one by one. Then you know which one is causing the problem.
