after putting the new Western Digital 500gb HD in there are no errors of any kind in the event log atm and no crashes as of yet for an entire day, looking likely that my Seagate Barracuda had gone bad, fingers crossed tho :)

You can determine that with certainty by running bootable Seagate Seatools
extended scan on the drive, followed by a full Disk Check run from System Recovery Options Command Line.

still the issue Remains Narrowed it down to MB CPU or PSU, quick question before i start ordering parts, could the MB Bios be a possible cause at all, if not then il get to ordering parts starting with the PSU as people have suggested.

I just didn't want to have to Buy a part and find out its not that piece of hardware causing the issue.

    Things that i hav done thus, Far just in-case i have missed something;
Memtest 2 Times for god knows how many hours 10 Passes on both trys with no Errors
    Seagate Seatools as Mentioned above
    Changed Hard Drive over
    Replaced Sata Cables
Reseated and Cleaned away Dusted From all Connections on MB
RMA - MSI Geforce Gtx 660ti PE OC (Lowered it to Stock settings of a standard GTX 660)
Reinstalled OS Windows 7 Home Premium several times
    CCleaner
Removed Graphics Drivers with Sweeper in Safe mode

Doesnt Crash In Memtest or Safemode, but will randomly Crash anywhere from 2 minutes - 24hours or more

Can you upload the crash dump for analysis by crash specialists in our Blue Screen forum?

    https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html

They can pinpoint the exact cause with this information and your cooperation.

Doesnt create a Dump file as its always a Straight up System Freeze needing a Hard Reset everytime.

Retest your hardware according to Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7. Unplug the HD and run with a Linux boot disk for awhile to eliminate hardware possibilities. Then test the HD with both the HD Diagnostic and Disk Check

I would then wipe the HD with Diskpart Clean Command and do a diagnostic instal following the steps precisely in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 - Windows 7 Help Forums.

But this time after install, stretch out the space between each group of Updates after enabling Automatically deliver drivers via Windows Update (Step 3) so you can test performance after each for awhile.

Don't install any programs (except your browser and flash) until you've done all Updates with testing in between each group. Then install one program at a time with enough time to test after each.

This is how to pinpoint the cause of these types of crashes. Sometimes just the care being taken to heed the install Best Practices is enough, as just happened with me for my Uncle in Frequent crashes on Acer Aspire X1300
