For the third time: if you can see the data (which you said you can) then you can copy it out and should do so without delay as anything else that you do may make it immediately inacessible. Why can you not follow these urgent warnings? Do you not care about your data?
Hirens Boot disk is not supported here so we cannot help you with it although it can copy out the files which is the first priority - you have been given two other alternatives to use for that. I have also rebuilt a partition table using Disk Genius trialware.
If it will not rebuild and start after copying data, then I would wipe the HD with Diskpart Clean Command and do a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 - Windows 7 Help Forums. This time stick with the tools and methods given which work best with Win7.
