How to create a new partition in my Laptop

I want to create another partition in my pc, I shrink the primary partition :E and created a new logical dive , But when try same for the :C , I get error that I already have maximum number of partitions.

Here are screenshots to explain this

You can see the logical drive I created earlier, If you look at it it shows another unnamed partition too, I DO NOT KNOW WHERE IT IS , Then I tried to shrink :C and create another logical drive but I get this error.

Now my question is HOW CAN I CREATE ANOTHER PARTITION OR IF IT IS NOT POSSIBLE IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN ADD THIS SHRINKED SPACE TO or :E ?

I tried my self but there is no such option . I am using win7, core i5 laptop, toshiba .

Please explain breifly and if possible give me links to tutorials because I am not a very techy person,
    Someone told me to
"You have to delete one of the paritions or convert from MBR to GPT which isn't trivial."
but I do not get it .

Use Partition Wizard to Create Partition - Video Help. Choose Logical partition for the space you've shrunk. You can have four Primary Partitions or three Primary and unlimited adjacent Logicals.

Afterwards you can redistribute space as desired using PW's cool new tool to extend partition easily with Partition Wizard - video help which allows you transfer space between any partition whether it's adjacent or not, Logical or Primary.

I am downloading the software right now BUT I have a question , This unallocated space was shrinked from :C , now my question is that if I create a new partition of it and store my data in then when I re install my window (my laptop has a full hdd recovery option ) then will this partition get effected ?

The other logical drive I created was never effected by hdd recovery but I think thats because it was part of :E ,
If you could just clearify my concern I shall be grateful

In that case you'd have to back up your data to allow Toshiba recovery to recreate your partition structure, unless when recovering it will allow you to keep the same partition structure. This can be different across a brand's models. You can read your Manual on the Toshiba Support Downloads webpage to see, or google your make/model + Factory Recovery to find web videos or other tutorials.

However the Factory Win7 pre-install is the worst possible install of Win7 one can have, larded with bloatware and duplicate utilities which intefere with better versions built into Win7. So most tech enthusiasts prefer to get the best possible install provided in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. Doing that you'd delete all partitions during the booted reinstall, using the media provided for your licensed version, or if you want to preserve your data partition, delete all others making sure you don't touch the data partition.
