    Problem to boot Windows 7

    Hello to all.

I have a big problem with my computer boot.

I was very happy with it, ssd was working like a charm and the computer response was very good.

But this Wednesday I had to remove the linux from my computer because the SSD was about 2gb free on windows and I don't use much the linux.OK no problem I have done that dozens of time, but this time I have tried to get the 100mb that the system reserved partition has, so with easeus partition master I removed the system reserved partition and the linux partitions.

When I tried to boot it again. The computer couldn't pass from BIOS!?!?!.It was stuck at Autodetecting AHCI Port 0... , that port is where the ssd is connected to the motherboard, so I opened the computer and booted fine.Entered to the setup of the bios and changed the mode from ahci to ide, connected the ssd again and the computer booted fine (This problem I am trying to find a solution without erasing all the ssd).

So I repaired the boot of the windows 7 on ide mode, but BSOD on boot because it was on ide mode and not in ahci.

Tried to set ahci again but nothing,so I thought It was because of partitions, so I decided to start knopix (a linux live cd that helped me a lot of in the past fixing problems like this). So I started GParted and creating in the start of the disk an unused space, but It needed to move all the data 2mb to the right in the ssd, which GParted says it took an hour.

But when moving the data, the light of my house got off .
This happened to me in the past, and the result was an entire 500GB hard disk clear. So inmediately computer started I booted the Windows 7 disk to run chkdsk, which recovered the SSD, but it took more than 12 hours to repair that.

When I restarted the computer I could boot it again in AHCI mode, but the Windows 7 was died, I can't boot and Windows 7 disk startup repair can't repair that, the farthest I have came was to boot the recovery of the windows 7 of the ssd,but it is like in a loop every reboot is to the recovery.

I have tried lots of things to repair this but I'm stuck on this.

If you can provide me a solution without reinstalling Windows, but If not I am making a clonezilla image to one of my harddisks and then format the entire ssd.

Thank you for read this huge text and help me

EDIT: Solved AHCI problem, I am trying startup repair

Why would you expect the OS to boot after you delete its boot partition?

Partition - Mark as Active the Win7 partition. It must be Primary or you'll first have to convert it from Logical before it will mark Active: How to Wipe Partition with partition manager? Partition Wizard Wipe Partition Help Video

Once it's marked Active run Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times

Yes, yes I know that if I delete the System Reserved partition the computer won't boot.I have tried what you say but the computer only boots the recovery partition on the hard disk.

EDIT:The recovery is in a reboot loop.

I see Windows is loading files, then the computer reboots itself

I have tried this but occurs the same: Startup Repair Infinite Loop Recovery

Which partition did you confirm is marked Active? How many Startup Repairs did you run? What disk did you use?

Boot Partition Wizard CD to post back a picture of your full drive map and listings including when you scroll down.

I marked a clean partition to make the system reserved.I run it more than five times and since the second time the program gives me a message saying that can't fix the problem

Don't worry anymore. I will format it. I am tired of hanging at bios post when I made startup repair. It gets stuck on the f****** Auto-Detecting AHCI PORT 0 and I'm so tired of this error, which is only solved formating the hdd.
    Thank you

I'd reset the BIOS to defaults. Then make sure SATA controller is set to AHCI and hard drive is set to boot first.

Let us know how it goes.

If you'll also stick with these same steps for a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 then you'll get and keep a perfect install for as long as you do.

I deleted the 100mb partition again and now it pass from post, but to my surprise the recovery of the hdd works well but says that can't solve the problem and if i reboot it starts again

What Recovery? Skip Recovery and do the vastly superior Reinstall following the link I gave you which includes everything needed.

I formatted the computer, saving the data from the ssd first. The data is a disaster, there are files moved from folders, other with contents of other files, a disaster. This is why startup repair couldn't fixed it
