If you think you dont have the ability to follow instructions, better you take it to a repair shop.

    now i have File :\boot\BCD
    Status :0xc0000098

    help me !! =(
That is .... The volume for a file has been externally altered such that the opened file is no longer valid.

I really wonder what have you done there and why.

Are you able to run at least Startup Repair for three separate times, with restarts after every single run?
Startup Repair: Run three separate times.

    Then what happens?

Your posts and replies are not clear, and you have never said what you have done there that it turned out like this.

    Set the BIOS to default.
Does it detect the HDD now?

If not, boot into the BIOS again and make it sure that the HDD is enabled there.

If the issue still persists, Open the computer. Use a new SATA cable. Apply it to a different unused SATA port on the motherboard.

If still the issue remains, remove the HDD from the computer. Apply it to any other computer. See if it behaves the same in that one too or not.

Now you can know if the HDD is really dead.

If it is really failing, get a new one.
