Delay user login until all startup programs have finished loading.

Hi, I want to know if there's a way to force Windows (7, Starter) to wait until all the startup programs are running before the user can log in.
    Thank you!

Most startup programs are loaded before the user can login.

As for those programs loading after login, it is for the specific user only.

But Windows 7 Starter is very limited, as this is the very basic OS.

    Thank you for replying.

I see. If Windows Starter cannot be modified to accomplish this, is there any program that could help?

    Thank you.

Searching the internet for specific application that suit to you may take time.

But this sort of scenario may not have, as most programmer only write for normal version.

I don't think there would have such application, as it need to modify the system.

I did had bought such Starter version but too limited, so passed to someone, a kid to play.
But nowadays there is so much games on the mobile handsets, this became useless.

Some History on the starter version system.

Windows Starter is only for OEM mass circulation for country with poor or no budget in getting a computer.
This is how Starter version start.

    Less than $100 computer.

In fact many are give-away to people unable to buy themselves.

And Google Chrome jump into the market to sell the Chrome-book on Google Android system.
Now Chrome Cast to connect to TV and streaming video.

Just do the basic, that is all you can do with this Windows 7 Starter.

Sorry not much help to you.
