Windows Explorer crashes with exception code c0000005
Windows Explorer Crashes:
- when I try to copy and paste file or folder from Win-7 computer to a flash drive or flash drive to computer, or
- when I try to drag & drop from Win-7 computer to a flash drive or flash drive to computer.
When this event happens I get a window that informs me that:
Windows Explorer Has Stopped Working
and offers me the option of checking for a solution and restarting explorer or just restarting explorer. I usually try the first option, but no information is returned before explorer is restarted.
