I would like to use Windows Easy File Transfer to merge multiple Windows 7 Systems into an existing Windows 7 System.

I do not know if this is possible.

An example might be:

One up to date Windows 7 System with sufficient disk space available as the "new" System, in Easy File Transfer terms.

And perhaps as many as 20 out of date "old" Windows 7 Systems transferring files via cable to the "new" System.

I can envision all of the "old" Systems having identical Usernames, i.e., Mike and Terry and Tim, etc., etc.

I also can envision all the "old" Systems having non identical Usernames, with each having totally unique Usernames, i.e., A, B, C, X, Y, Z.

My objective would be to get 100% of the User Files Windows Easy File Transfer finds on the "old" Systems on to the "new" System.

If a merge does take place, Excellent!

If a merge cannot take place but all the User Files from the 'Old" Systems wind up on the "new" System, it's more than acceptable.

Has anyone tried it and if so, what can you share with me about your effort?
