    performance options pop up window

Every time I boot up my windows 7 computer I get this "Performance Options" window.
How do I keep this from coming up each time.

There is something odd about that window. It should show the total page file size and it doesn't.

I think I would try this first. SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Out of curiosity, does it come up if you boot into safe mode? Info if needed. Advanced Boot Options
