Windows 7 doesn't shows icons at all
Hi, I am new here and I didn't know where to write my problem - sorry for this.
It started two days ago, I just simply opened a new folder I copied my files into it and they didn't have the .jpg icon anymore, just a white paper icon and no thumbnail. Than I opened my Pictures folder and the same thing happened with all of the icons.
All the files with shown extensions have this white paper icon and the shortcuts are blank, like they wasn't there at all, only their title.
I have tried to go to Control Panel > System > Advanced System Settings > Advanced Tab > Settings > Visual Effects and I clicked "Adjust for best appearance", but it didn't help at all.
I have tried also to change the size of the icons but nothing.
I have Windows 7 Ultimate, on a Dell Studio 17 laptop.
I really need help, I have no idea what happened,
Thank You, waiting for your asap answer
