so does this mean that PC safeguard is no longer?

I like that feature... instead of having to setup a domain controller in a sense.

Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

Never really used it myself, I guess they removed it for security reasons.

Maybe because MS did not want to compete with other companies, such as the ones that make DeepFreeze and Returnil.

my guess is either its not in this build because they are doing some major code modification and will implement it back into the rtm or rc2 build or they are just gonna update steady state to integrate it back in as a bet is on the second because they still need to keep steady state around for legacy support of older os's like xp and vista.

Is guest mode available in windows 7?
