Where is my temp files ??

I just installed windows 7 ultimate 64bit. When i click on internet options and then click on settings then view files my files are not there. Nothing at all. Where are they being stored at now ? and how do i view them ? thx

The location is shown under Tools/Internet Options/General/Browsing History. The view button should show them. Is it possibe that the option to delete temporary internet files on exit has been turned on?

Open Internet Options as Roncerr stated.
Then make sure the box I circled in the picture is unchecked.
