Here is my WEI Score (4.6). This is FYI, but looking at the actual score, a video card upgrade might boost my real score to a minimum 5.9. Not bad for this year and a half old system. (Check My System Specs)

I was just "guesstimating" at a new video upgrade score, but I was right on the nose with the score. Notice the only difference other than the scores is the upgrade from a BFG nVidia 8500 GT to a BFG nVidia 9600 GT which was only $69.99 at CompUSA.

HA! net jacking ..... it's great. i hate wireless, mine goes out when the phone rings. it's not dsl, just a crappy 2.4Ghz phone that interferes with any other radio signal

Dont be too disapointed if you dont get 7.9, my 2 295's give me 6.6, a ftw 285 will give you about a 6.7 and 4870,s will give you a 6.8, have yet to see a 7.0 or above in both graphics catagories. Beta 7000 gave me a 7.9 in Aero, but it droped to 6.6 in RC1. 7100, havent played with the two resent leaked versions. perfer ligitamet chanels

Hello friends i need a bit of help here, i just bought a 9600 gt 1b ddr3(MSI) card......... i was expecting a score of 7.9 for aero and 6.0 for gaming graphics as many people in this forums are getting those scores, but to my surprise i got only 5.9 in both the categories... help needed pls

A 9600Gt is a king of a old card now, you won't score that much high with it

ya obviously its an old card.. but still some people are getting 7.9 and 6.0 respectively. i saw it in the previous posts of this forum and also using google!
