but im gettin 40-45 C idle
50-55 C load (prime)

would have thought i would be gettin better temps than that with liquid cooling

was only goin to OC to prob 3.2

is there anyway to remove restriction in WEI score the WEI score for RAM is limited to 5.9 if RAM of 4GB or less is used is there any way to remove this restriction!!

wow that is high, i get idle temps of 18-22c (usually always room temp) and load with Intel burn test overnight with realtemp doesn't EVER go above 60c, and thats at the every day 3.93ghz and idle vcore of about 1.32, load vcore drops around 1.28. IBT heats up and stresses the cpu more than P95 tho. its the best stresser ive ever used.
those temps are with the Zalman [FONT=arial,sans-serif][SIZE=-1]CNPS9700LED[/SIZE][/FONT], im awaiting the new EVGA 790i ftw digital pwm board to arrive then the new cooler in my specs will be put together. i should be able to get higher with that board so i cant wait!

something is def wrong with your water setup, make sure you have no trapped air in the cpu block. after all water is supposed to 'always be better than air cooling'. lol
how did you apply your grease? have you got a flow meter to make sure its getting a descent flow in and out the radiator?

The WEI Score is located in \Windows\Performance\WinSAT\DataStore\ directory and can be modified...

My point is: What WEI Score would you like to see... as the title implies.
This is FYI, but looking at the actual score, a video card upgrade might boost my real score to a minimum 5.9. Not bad for this year and a half old system. (Check My System Specs)

i recall my score for Vista x86 on the same machine being a lot lower, 3.4 i believe, for my gfx card. like i said though, it is the same EXACT machine i have now

I'm assuming you would need dual Xeon 5500s, SLI overclocked 285s, and X25-Es in RAID 0.

You can get close but no 200 series card will get you there, will require the 300 series at least,( I'm expecting the DX11 GDDR5 cards to make it, An I7 with a 4.2 or better OC, and raid 0 ssd's , this is with 2 295+'s in Quad SLI's. I could probably boost my scores a bit, but would still be limited by graphics. My graphics score should go up when new drivers come out that mesure multiple cards, but still wont hit the majic mark. So I'll wait untill the next series to try. My ssd's would require a firmware update, which would mean a hard drive wipe, and with my other limatations I'll wait on that as well. I have seen people with 7.9's in every catagory but graphics.

Hmm, that's weird, I can get 6.4 with a single Radeon HD 4850 (non overclocked). Can you post your metrics in the WEI benchmark:

My point is you will get the same 6.4 even if you add a second 4850, WEI only evaluates the first GPU, You will still get the bennifits in games or other video with SLI, or crossfire, it just wont show in WEI evaluations.
