New BSOD freeze files after tests

So I uninstalled cata 10.9 via safemode driver sweeper, then fresh cata 10.9 install
Prime95 for 1 hour with - no crashes
Memtest86 overnight - no crashes
Cleaned HD4890 with compressed air - still crashes
Played BFBC2 w/o sound enabled for about 25 min, then froze
Played BFBC2 w/sound and still crashed after about 15 min of play
here is my new BSOD files and dxdiag

I'm trying to determine if my PSU might be giving out on me, however I don't have a multimeter to test the 12v rail. Also if I have a faulty HD4890....I'm hoping you guys can look again at my new files and possibly see something that might point to the issue thanks guys

If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Start your own thread in the appropriate section of the forum and attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
* Briefly describe the problem history and circumstances in the same post. Somebody will attend to your query as soon as possible.

Here is a dmp file that I got before I reinstalled win7 on the 13th. Since then I don't have a dmp file in my windows folder so I can see if this helps
