how to change dns without admin rights?

Hi guys,
i have some problems with dns or opendns at my uni's library. i cant enter some web site which is legal. i want to change dns numbers or how can i pass opendns blockers?
i cant change dns without admin rights at network connections, and i cant open computer Computer Management.
anybody help me?

hmm. I do not know exactly but there is a link about opendns and it blocked sites...

There must be a reason why they have it blocked.... Maybe if you ask the Library director they can tell you why it is blocked

thanks but he doesnt know that, our accounts are from comp lab. copmuters are in labs connect the labs server

if you want to change,you'll have the admin rights. you should contact your admin to do the changes,because you don't have the permissions.
and about the web,,what web do you mean?? admin can block the web address..so have the web address can access and can't, depend on the set of admin.

Regardless of if the site really is clean or not. You would most likely be violating any usage policy your school has in place by trying to bypass / alter their systems. That could get you into trouble.
