Graphics card causing boot problem

Did all the things what you mentioned.. Just 2 things i couldn't- updating ethernet driver. There wasn't any exe file, just few sys and dll's and an inf file. I tried clicking 'install' in the context menu after selecting that inf file, but an error popped up stating that the file you selected doesn't support this method of installation.
2nd is the ntdisk.sys thing. Can you help me updating it?
And now, even after doing all the un-installations and re-installation of catalyst drivers, the issue is still there..
Forgot to tell that while carrying out the operation, some BSoD's also appeared. However, they looked or atleast seemed same.. Would you like to take a look?
And today, i also got a couple of random display turning off (not the monitor) with the text- 'No signal input'

@EzioAuditore- yes please upload your last couple of dumps. I would like to take a look.

Regarding the Ethernet drivers, put the files you downloaded into a folder on your desk top. Open Device Manager and locate your Ethernet Driver under Network Adapters. Right click on it and select Properties. Click on the Driver tab. Click on the Update Driver button. Select Browse my computer for driver software and point it to the folder on your desktop.

ntdisk.sys - I cannot find what this driver does except that it is an XP/2000 driver. Searches lead to a lot of Eastern Asia websites and I do not read the languages.

Following these instructions will break whatever device/program ntdisk.sys belongs to.

If you are feeling brave, create a restore point. Do a search on your C: drive for ntdisk.sys. Find the file and rename it from .sys to .bak. Reboot and the driver will not load. This is a viable way of dealing with obsolete drivers, except, in this case, I do not know what this driver does.

You meant that the power supply is way more than that my card can tolerate? I'm not good at these voltage, power etc things.. May be if you can explain in detail...

That ntdisk.sys was related to that recovery app. Deleted that driver.

And Something strange happened today.When i started my pc now, the computer did boot up successfully in the very first try but there was no display as if the GPU had given up. But after pressing the restart button 5-6 times , the display came up..

I ran FurMark for about 15min (as the temp reached around 78, so quit'ed it), for that duration, no artifacts were found. And here's the dump attached.

I'm so horrified now, i cant afford any other card now..
Update- I shut my pc down. Switched on, still the same black screen after starting windows screen. It still exists.

No, as in it has too little power. If the computer runs fine without the card, you could get into contact with the manufacturer, and if it's still in warranty then RMA it for repairs/replacement.

The computer isn't under warrantly but the card is...
Btw, you meant to say that the psu isn't supplying enough power for the gpu to work correctly, right? How come then the card worked perfectly for a month or so on the same psu? Also, since then, I've not added any new hardware which would reduce the power supply to the card.
Ps: Don't take it as an offense to your idea, i just want to know the reason for such abnormal psu behaviour..

Those are my two current suspects. The card is what I was talking about, since it is under warranty.

I suspect the PSU because of the crashes during boot-up, and the card since the problem presented itself late.

I thought you said it started happening a few weeks back. and you had done a re-install a few weeks back as well.

If i got threads mixed up I am sorry... I have seen several similar yet different issues.

I lean toward a power supply issue, too. Yours is a very low output power supply.

That is symptomatic of a power problem.

The latest dump blames atikmdag.sys which is probably not the real cause as this driver is up to date. However, it does tell us that your video card is involved. Since you tested your video card and it appears to have passed, that leaves you with looking for things that affect the video card: other drivers, power supply, RAM, etc.

Your latest dump still shows these outdated drivers loaded on your system. I believe you have since renamed ntdisk.sys.

Have you updated these drivers since the BSOD? The ones in red font are very obsolete and will not work with Win 7. There is an update available for Rt64win7.sys.

Thanks Carl. The ones in red are no longer in my system. Updated the ethernet's driver.
Still happening.
Would you like me to run that bsod system info. and performance report collection tool again?
