How Do You Set Gateway Default Tools After Reinstalling Windows

I've reinstalled my Windows 7 because of a hard drive curruption/blue screen of death. When I reinstalled Windows I realized that I didn't have my Gateway Tools installed. I needed the Gateway updater to update my Gateway drivers and I also realized the Gateway logo isn't shown anymore on the Windows 7 properties. My Microsoft Speed Score is lower than before for some odd reason (4.9 - 3.6 with the latest Intel driver) and I my computer's fan is louder and is heating up faster than before. Is there something that I can do to download the tools or to fix my computer? Below are the specs of my computer.
Manufacture: Gateway SX2800-01r
Processor: Intel Core Quad
Video: Intel GMA X4500 Integrated
Memory: 4GB DDR3
Hard Disk: 640GB
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium
Other blah stuff: Label Flash and HDMI

What you are referring to is know as bloat ware. It takes hard drive space and uses resources. All can be done easily without the tools. After you reinstall, the bloatware is gone. Most are happy about that. We will help you with any function that was done by the bloatware.
If you feel that you really need that stuff, only two possible sources, the Gateway website or call Gateway.

Use the drivers given by the Win7 installer or quickly updated via optional Windows Updates. Only import drivers from the Gateway Support downloads webpage for your model if they are missing in Device manager.

There is no utility from Gateway you need that doesn't have a better version built into Win7.

When I had my first Gateway computer, it came with a program called Gateway Updater. I don't have it anymore.

I had similar issues with my Dell when I reinstalled the OS. In my account with Dell there is a place you can go and download the original programs that came with the computer. I am sure Gateway is the same. It is just not usually easy to find.

You can set the Windows update service to update drivers etc automatically. As Greg and I have said you do not need all the bloatware that came with the computer. In fact some will buy an OS and a computer so they can make a clean install and get rid of the bloatware.
