Dont know for sure what section belongs under, but what the

I think i have on other boards by now excluded that this could be a virus-hijack
the problem is that i have never since i started to trial windows 7 being able to enter safe mode, because there seem to be some lock-down taking place from a countdown as soon as i have entered the login-screen, during the time the blue screen working on launching windows safe mode computer restart without a word

I wanna know if this is something i can count on to happen with a full retail version? or if there are some bios settings/incompatible hardware that causing this?

Safe mode is entered before login.

Repeatedly tap F8 when booting

Its after pressing F8 this occur, you missunderstood..and i think i failed to explain myself enough, its the login screen that appears within safe mode, the screen where you choose if you gonna login as an "admin" or "normal", when this screen appears that is when i have 10 seconds on me before computer auto restarts and boot up computer normally, and even if i chose "admin" it will start to load its safe mode, but it will get interrupted no matter, cause its always those same seconds before it happen no matter what you do before and during that trigger time

are you with me now?

When you've booted into Windows run msconfig and look at the Boot tab. What does it say?

Can you tell us more about your system. Graphics adapter, memory, bios, etc.

Maximize the window "my system specs" in my profile? :D

concerning bios im not sure what version i have, im not sure how i check, perhaps i have already name it without knowing in my spec?

check my attachment, i understand that you can sett it to "safe mode" here, but
the question is..if this is the perm condition of windows 7, that i must visit msconfig each time im attempting to enter safe mode after restart

Note: The dangerous with this method for me in my current restart-situation is i have been instructed before to sett it perm to some kind of "safe boot" in msconfig to check if i could log in that way
The problems was that it didnt fix the restart issue, so all it did after that was reloading safe mode then restart computer, and i could never get out of auto safe boot and return to normal windows startup, i dont remember what i did but atlast were able to sett it to normal startup, i think i may have been forced to use "restore last config that worked" prevent a disaster
So if we gonna experiment and sett this to safe mode through msconfig, you must have an alternate plane that prevent me from only being able to enter safemode in case of the restart failure?

Well there are some add alternatives under "safe boot" i dont think i used anyone of them before, just ticked safe bot back then
or was it infact so that i have never been inside the "boot" window in msconfig..and i instead setted "diagnostic start" in general only, i cant remember!
but i hope you know what we do from now on, and forget the past attempt
