BSOD on new pc, need help please

I suggest you send that SSD back to Samsung for a replacement. I suspect that's what is acting up.

Before you do, just install these updated JMicron SATA drivers, to eliminate that: ftp://driver.jmicron.com.tw/SATA_Controller/Windows/JMB36X_WinDrv_R1.17.59_WHQL.zip

Hey Jonathan, so glad to see you come help again!

Since I reinstalled the computer, it just went bsod once a day, i.e. the first time when I boot up the computer in the morning, and all 3 bsod gave me different messages:
1st day - NTFS FILE SYSTEM
2nd day - MEMORY MANAGEMENT
3rd day which is today - SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION

I have attached the 3 minidumps. It's strange as I restart my computer several times a day but it's just the first time to boot up the computer would cause bsod...

I found a tool called BlueScreenView from the net, and it points the suspicious drivers caused the bsod:
1st day - Ntfs.sys, ntoskrnl.exe, wfplwf.sys
2nd day - ntoskrnl.exe, tdx.sys
3rd day - Ntfs.sys, ntoskrnl.exe

I tried to investigate the issues related to these drivers but can't be sure what's the real cause, but maybe it'll give you some help as you obvious know much more about this than I do. :)

I think my drivers are pretty up to date now (just installed the JMicron one you post as well) and I did run chkdisk on all my ssd, internal hdd and external hdd and none of them have error...

Two mentions of NTFS.sys above - do you have a normal HDD that you could use?

All indications are that your SSD or the Hard Drive controller is at fault. The only way to differentiate between them is to try installing Windows on a different HDD and see what happens.

Hi reventon, I don't have a spare hdd at the moment. My setup is ssd as system drive, internal hdd for data, and external hdd for music/movies, etc.

Since I've done chkdisk on all of them, and didn't get any errors, would it be more possible the hard drive controller the cause of the problems?

With the new JMicron driver installed, I'll see if it will still get bsod tomorrow, thanks.

Since you mentioned, just notice ntoskrnl.exe are in all 3.

ntoskrnl.exe = NT OS Kernel

The kernel is the main component of any OS and it is sort of a default item to place the blame on.
