Hardware related blue screens - Please help!

I'm not sure if anyone is still reading this thread, but it's all i can do since my PC still crashes.

I just played a computer game and my pc crashed, not BSOD, it was just like it was restarting. Then as soon as it rebooted and got back into my windows desktop it complained about some hardware not being installed properly and the windows theme was for some reason set to classic mode. Then it blue screened after 5 seconds and gave me this error.

netio.sys
0x000000D1

I uploaded the dump file for blue screen after my pc rebooted by itself.

I already had around 25 crashes since i formatted a couple of weeks ago!

Hi Bendk

Sorry for taking so long to respond, been away for a few days :)
Have a look at this thread, it's related to Vista but could you give you a few ideas on the netio.sys error.

Also have look at this thread on MS Support Forums - Windows 7 Ultimate BSOD netio.sys error blue screen

You could also try this Microsoft hotfix

To prevent the automatic shutdown during a failure, could you do the following?

Access your advanced system settings via right-clicking your computer>Select the Settings in the Startup and Recovery Section (Lower part of the window)> Uncheck, under System Failure, Automatically Restart. Make sure that "Write an Event To the System Log" remains checked.

Not sure if I had asked this but could you also post a snip of your current Device Manager
TIA
Take care and regards

Just thought i would update you on the situation. A friend of mine told me he also had lots of BSOD's a while ago, and what he did to fix it was to plug in the SATA cables into diffirent sockets on the motherboard. I did that and I haven't crashed in about 4 days now which almost sounds too good to be true in my ears :)

Anyways, I appreciate all the help you have given! Even though it didn't directly fix my crashes I have definitely become wiser on this area.
