it automatically adjusts my mic lower if im talking to high. but really the person cant really hear me unless its on full blast. help plzz.. theres gotta be a setting or something in the registry. i need some pros help plzzz. ive tried lots of things still no luck.

it does it just in the normal windows sounds settings.. but i usually just use yahoo. but it does it when yahoo is completely off. its new with windows 7 ithink. it annoying cause ill turn it up to 100 and then i talk into the mic and it adjusts to a setting suitable.

Right click the MS speaker icon in the task bar, select Playback Devices, single click the default playback device (green check mark) then select the Properties button, go to the enhancements tab.... select "Immediate Mode", scroll down the enhancements, uncheck "Loudness Equalization".

ive turned off every feature and still nothing. it seems auto adjust feature is just bulit into windows 7??? again i put it up to 100 and talk into it and it automatically adjusts itself. stupid issue. its so annoying. i want it on as high as it can go when im talking. somebody gotta know the cure..
