Turned my computer on from sleep mode and the computer powered up, however the monitors never displayed anything. I manually restarted my computer, which began normal operation except, upon Windows start up, I had a pop-up regarding a BSOD. I also noted my wireless adapter (Netgear WNDA3100) was not powered up and functioning.
I unplugged the wireless adapter, then replugged it in and it began normal operation. I took care of some person stuff, then began to compile a BSOD report when I experienced a crash. The music froze and was screeching, the monitor displayed a horizontal random & messy lines. This lasted about two seconds when my computer automatically restarted and is currently in normal operation. I did not have a BSOD message, however I've attached a .zip file, per the sticky in the forum.
I've experienced BSOD on this machine before and by using this forum, concluded it was my old wireless adapter causing issues. I've since replaced it with one that was recommended. That discussion can be found here:

My computer is custom built and any specs should be available on my profile.
Thanks for any help!
