Tent (sleep in)
Mosquito Spray (spray those stupid mosquitos)
A boat (to get back home)

I wouldn't recommend bringing a computer to an island if you are stranded...because you wouldn't be able to get new parts sent to you and what fun would that be.

Certain fish give off an electrical charge. You could tether a load of those in series and connect them to a laptop. Alternatively you could make giant hamster wheels out of bamboo and put indigenous species of rodent in them. Either way, you would need a fishing line, a rifle, a case of tinned tuna and several sliced loaves. These would keep you safe and fed until the Seven Forums helicopter arrived to rescue you.

Five things? I can think of one that is better than five ... read on ...

One would assume the island is habitable, correct? Therefore, food sources would be available. Additionally, resources to build an abode would be available, as well.

The whole idea of being stranded lends itself to the wonderful freshness of leaving the world behind.

That being said, we all crave companionship and human interaction so, the one thing I would bring are all of the Seven Forum members!

It'd be a heckuva party!
