Hi all, this is my first post so bare with me!!I know a bit about computers but I am not an advanced user.

More so in the past week, my computer has been "crashing". I put it on standby, and I go to use it the next time, it has shut down all by itself, and when I turn it back on, there is a pop when Windows 7 starts saying: "Windows is recovering from an Unexpected shut down". And it gives me this little speech:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
Locale ID: 4105

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 9f
BCP1: 0000000000000003
BCP2: FFFFFA8004090A20
BCP3: FFFFF80000B9C4D8
BCP4: FFFFFA80069D9010
OS Version: 6_1_7600
Service Pack: 0_0
Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\012311-19094-01.dmp
C:\Users\Neoma\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-49499-0.sysdata.xml

I have no idea what this means- but I am hoping someone here can help me?
Here are some specs about my computer:

It is a Dell Inspiron 1545
64 bit operating system(Windows 7)
I bought the computer brand new- i've had it for 6 or so months, so fairly recent.
This is the first problem I have had with this machine, it has worked perfect up to this point. I mean, it still works, it just shuts down whenever I put it on standby(MOST of the time. Sometimes it will just remain on standby, I havn't figured out a pattern)

Let me know if you need any more info.... thanks for reading, and I really hope someone can help me fix this problem!! Thanks :)

If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
* Briefly describe the problem history and circumstances in the same post. Somebody will attend to your query as soon as possible.
