I'm having a hard time finding specific specs on that motherboard. Does it have a pci-e slot.

More importantly, we need to find out what PSU you are currently using.

EDIT: Plus your budget.

For $50 an Nvidia series 9000 card(such as the 9800GT) would be fine

I want to purchase graphics card to play a game and experience high graphics software.
Don't expect any high performance with a $50 card. Most high end cards are priced at $250 and higher

Yes it is based of intel G31 chipset.

Well... For exactly $50, your options are somewhat limited.

On the AMD side:

Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE 100292DDR3L Radeon HD 5450 1GB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Ready Video Card

NVIDIA:

Newegg.com - EVGA 512-P3-1213-LR GeForce 210 512MB 64-bit DDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

With the AMD option being the better one of the two.

Now, if you want to stretch your budget a little bit, these would be the ones to go after:

AMD:

Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE 100287L Radeon HD 5670 (Redwood) 512MB 128-bit DDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card w/ATI Eyefinity

NVIDIA:

Newly released | Newegg.com - MSI N440GT-MD1GD3/LP GeForce GT 440 (Fermi) PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

With the HD 5670 having as much as a ~10% advantage performance-wise.

EDIT: And like yowan said, don't expect ground breaking performance with a ~$50 video card, most of these cards are designed for media centers/HTPC. Not for gaming.
