Dear professionals,

I have got my computer hang suddenly today, I have made the new file for the hang again...

Would anyone pls help me... I am too frustrated ah!!!

Your Nvidia driver was the cause, Uninstall it and use driver sweeper to remove leftover nvidia display driver files

Then install the latest version
NVIDIA DRIVERS 266.58 WHQL

BC116 is mostly caused by defective RAM/GPU

Test your system stability with OCCT

I have followed your instruction, but after i installed the new driver and rebot, it always hang in welcome screen and back to rebot

I have to run in safe mode -> turn off computer -> return in normal mode

I have attached the new dump files

Pls help me!!! I would like to know if i had solve the problem?
