Hi there
I think I asked this a while ago but couldn't find if it had been resolved.
Now that SP1 is "almost" available to us has anybody devised a method of "Slipstreaming" this into the W7 base install.
I need to perform some brand new W7 installs and it would be great to have SP1 slipstreamed right from the start rather than download maybe 200 updates and then apply SP1 manulally.
Cheers

You can do it manually but its tedious and you may or may not end up with a good image. Another option (best in my opinion) is to wait for the technet isos.
I knew i'd posted this before but for some reason I couldn't find it again.
I'll try this --the speed doesn't matter --I just don't want tohave to download zillions of updates for about 20 workstations.

Or if the 20 workstations are the same you could install once, update once, run sysprep, image it, and then deploy the image. That's how I usually accomplish it.
Yeah, I sometimes have a hard time finding things I posted or I knew was posted.
