Hello everyone.

I just had my new PC built for me this past week, everything has been working great until I downloaded digital copies of Starcraft 2 and Dead Space. Where things start getting weird is when I go to install them, I'll make it through about 40% of the install and then windows will crash, it flashes me a blue screen with text, and reboots all within seconds. this has happened to me numerous times now, although with determination I have managed to finally get both games installed, but occassionaly when I open Starcraft 2 I get the same blue screen. I'm starting to wonder if I need to reinstall windows or something, any ideas? I've attached the Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 file for review.

Thanks everyone.

Love to help but no DMP files included in upload try this method.

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.

To ensure minidumps are enabled:

Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
OK your way out.
Reboot if changes have been made.
