Name of Tweaking app?

What's the name of this certain App? It had a black background/GUI, and it could tweak parts of W7, like disabling the Watermark, adding the "Take Control" thing on right-click menus, enabling DreamScenes, etc.

Theres a few mate, like Windows 7 manager from Yamicsoft, or Tweak 7, the only ones i can think of off the top of my head, i think theres a few more.
