7 branding label removal

Below is the screen I am using as my Login, except that during boot-up the branding of 'Windows 7 Professional' & 2 buttons show on the screen. I am wondering if there is a way to remove the Windows 7 Professional branding & the 2 buttons on either side.

Text branding is GONE! Tried to edit w/my own wording, but no go; but at least it's gone. Thanks.

The Ease of Access button & Shutdown button is only there when I do the 3-button salute & not at 1st login, so it's not a prob; but thanks for the link.
