Well, considering Wzor claims it'll be leaked after the 19th, it wouldn't be too surprising if it was already compiled. It seems to take a few days for builds to make it into the wild, and into the arms of the unwashed masses.

More than one place has misinterpreted the RTM escrow build of 7260 as being the final RTM itself.

And I'd personally take "after the 19th" to largely mean simply not before the 19th. I saw Wzor also caution about the amount of inaccurate info that could occur surrounding RTM.
