Scythe's Susanoo Monster CPU Cooler Becomes Available in Europe

Scythe has finally announced the European availability of its high-end Susanoo CPU cooler which packs a special design, meant to cool not only the processors but other hardware components as well, including the motherboard, memory modules and graphics card.
The Susanoo is one of the largest CPU coolers that have been released until now as it measures no less than 210x160x210mm, while also tipping the scale at a staggering 1.5Kg (1565g to be exact).

If the whole thing is 210 mm wide, I wonder how small those fans are?? They could be 100MM???

Have them lifting up rather than pushing down and it might levitate the case! Well, not quite.

I'd believe it when I hear it Why not a 200mm fan? Hard to believe it would push 200 cfm at 38 dBA

Well, the speed it would need to develop to keep the cpu cool would not be worth the investment in the project. And would not fit two 200mm fans in Scythe's Susanoo drawing. What would the project back to the developers. Yes, it would, but would be aesthetically ugly and grossly inefficient, don't you agree?!

why, why, why??? If you need that much cooling, do a liquid cooling setup. I love how obsessive so many enthusiasts are because they will buy stuff like this and do whatever it takes to lower their temps a few degrees even when it doesn't really amount to any noticeable improvement or prolong the life of the hardware.

Nah, I'll stick with my stock Intel cooler...Even with a minor overclock on my Q9550, it's all that I need. I idle in low 30's and max out around 60-65.

i still want to know what sort of case they expect you to put it in?

or is it supposed to be left bare and free-standing, to cool the whole room too?
