it's also incredible that a lot of people don't even notice that they've got extra toolbars. when i look at a client's or friend's machine and i ask them whether they want or need the extra toolbars, a lot of them say ' what toolbars?' or 'of course i need them - my internet won't work without them'. :shock:

it's only when their webpage viewing space is really restricted that they ak me to do something about it - and they generally knee-jerkingly blame microsoft for it, little realising that they've actually installed most of the stuff themselves by blindly clicking 'ok' during installs.

shouldn't complain really, more work for me! :devil:
