Well, as a forum Owner/Admin, I know that threads have proper category's to go into. So, I'm hoping this is in the right place!
Anyways...my question is this....
I have a HP Pavillion tower, specs are listed in my profile, and I upgraded it to Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit from Win Vista Home Premium 32 bit. Then, about a month later, I upgraded my graphics card from an nVidia 8300 series (I think) with 256MB of ram to a nVidia 9300 series with 1 gig of ram.
So, question time....
Normally, everything works great and the PC is super fast. However, it seems that I've been getting a ton of blue screen crashes lately. Now, I know there is a thread somewhere around here that says "post your BSOD number and we'll help", so I'm hoping to catch that number....in the meantime, is their any suggestions on how I can find out/narrow down/determine what is causing all this?
I never really had any major problems when it was running Vista. (The "occasional" BSOD)..
I know it's not overheating, I know all the memory sticks are good, it's spotless inside, no dust buildup....
Help?
Thanks in advance!!
