Playing last remnant currently and loving it.
Looking forward to Splinter Cell Conviction, Assassin's Creed 2, Mafia 2, and COD 5.
AC2 and Mafia 2 - good choices.
CoD5 is out already

(didnt care for it). Modern Warefare 2, you mean?
my opinion for best game would have to be .... idk most "09 games are either garbage, arnt released yet, or i just cant play them (damn you system requirements).
But im looking forward to
Bioshock 2 (1 was the best "08 game IMO)
I might look into BioShock 2....
Im actually having A LOT fun with
Mirrors Edge. I guess i judged the book by its cover, but this game is actually pretty good. i like the running around, up walls, and drop kicking dudes in the face.
(PC version was released in January 09, so it counts

)
ME really does rock - the graphics are great, but (IMNSHO) I think the game (just like AC) was meant to be played with a game pad more so than a KB....
You cant get a better RPG then The Witcher, their independent company (CdProjeckt) sold 1 million in one year, and the game has by far the best storyline/graphics/sound/environment ever in Rpg´s since early 90´s.
I took some time, the game isnt small, but it really was good investing time on him.
That, or Fallout 3. Now thats a game that justified 8 years of waiting , some websites gave him 100/100 like gamespy.
As for the poster, i think theres lots of games wainting for your new GTS, like:
- Dead Space (stunning graphics/textures/effects)
- Fallout 3 (not a hogger, but has some sweet graphics)
- Battleforge (not really my type, but has the latest rendering technology)
- RaceDriver GRID (excelent when played at high resolutions)
- Etc.
Cheers to all.
Dude, you took the words *right* out of my mouth. Trivia -
The Witcher is based upon a Polish Author's fantasy series of books - hence the great storyline. Also, Fallout 3 is brilliantly awesome (both in terms of play as well as graphics), while Dead Space (which had great graphics, but was a bit too easy to beat for my tastes) and BattleForge are decent - but TOCA's Race Driver G.R.I.D. is downright addictive to someone like me (who is only 8 trophies away from having them all, and who just fired the one guy who had been on 23 podiums with me - all for a driver charging me a 10M sign on bonus

). Yes, I still play G.R.I.D. to the very day - and will continue to for a few years to come....
I'm waiting Assassins Creed 2, Bioshock 2, Crysis 2, Modern Warfare 2. Also great driving games like Forza 3, NFS Shift and Dirt 2. All of them has great graphics to test my PC which isn't so new anymore.
I'd like to see a Forza 3 as well, was playing one of the Forza games on a buddy's XBox and he didn't realize I am heavy into racing sims - I unlocked 9 cars and 2 tracks in under 30 minutes for him
I am *surprised that no one has mentioned
Prototype - if you have not played this game, *play* it. You will not be disappointed.
I've gt all settings maxed out and am hitting 60 FPS noon-stop - but the game is so frigging addictive and *challenging* - I am playing on the easiest setting (to help me learn more features of my G15 KB as well as getting back into what's probably the first FPS I have played regularly in 4 years) and some of those achievement competitions are damned impossible....
Seriously - Prototype rocks much arse.
And, for RPG lovers, don't forget that Blizzard is coming out with Diablo III soon as well....
