How to prevent changing "smooth edges of screen fonts" state?

I have a software that every time i run it, it turns "smooth edges of screen fonts" off.
I want to know: how can i prevent "smooth edges of screen fonts" from being turned off.
Thank you!

Welcome to Windows Seven Forums.

Screen fonts smoothing is enabled by default.

We need to know what program it is that is disabling font smoothing as it may be incompatible with Windows 7.

The name of the program is Narcis ver 6. And it does that because with smooth turned off the text in the program are shown better. It's an English-Farsi Dictionary and here is its official website: دیکشنری نارسیس.
