hi, can you guys give me a recommendation of the perfect scanning software(Free or Paid software) that does both scan + creating PDF files?

If you scan a hard copy document (like a store recipt, credit card statement, etc.) you can save it as a PDF document. So yes, Nitro will let you do that. If someone sends you a document (like an email attachment) you can convert it to PDF. The software creates a virtual printer that is listed and can be accessed via start menu > devices and printers. I believe only Nitro PDF Reader Pro allows scanning. I have used the free version and I see no way to scan useing it.

It sounds like you are not looking for OCR capability. The rest is simple. With Paint, you can scan and with e.g. doPDF you can convert any document to PDF.
