How can i have a desktop which is the same with this?

First of all, i am Windows 7-32 bit-ultimate user. As for my issue,
when i was checking out windows 7 on google images, i saw this picture and i loved it. This is what exactly i want to use on my desktop.



Here are the questions.. Which gadgets and docks or etc. are used or installed in this desktop? Especially, i wonder about the top lane of desktop and recycle bin gadget.
Can anyone help me to have this desktop? (By the way, wallpaper is not important)

ok , you could use object dock and configure it to the top of the screen,find here
Stardock Corporation - Software - ObjectDock
,the other icons are just desktop shortcuts that have been enlarged/resized.this can be done by pressing and holding ctrl and scrolling the mouse wheel up or down for bigger/smaller icons

You will need to mess with the settings to get what you want.

Right click on the dock or dock icon and go to Settings..

Go through the setting and see what they do.

Then you will need to find the icons you like.
And Right click on a dock icon and go to Dock Icon Properties...

Click on Change Image

Browse for an image and set it click OK

There are some themes out there to.
