I have just activated a X64 install with my 32bit key, so you dont need to worry which type of key you are getting they work on both types of system. It was like that with Vista also... so there is really no need to be trying to get 32bit keyes seeing that it is so much easier to get the 64bit

I have 2 live accounts (one I use for messaging on my cell phone) so I used both. The first account gave me 2 keys at once though, while my mobile one only gave me 1. I gave up on x86 32bit keys as 100 refreshes proved no results.

I am - I know I could try and grab as many keys as possible. But then that would mean that some unlucky guy will not be able to get the beta. That guy could've been me, if it were not for duderino's trick.

I am confident that my single 32-bit key will work, when I install Windows 7 on my laptop in 1.5 weeks time. Therefore I don't need anymore keys, and if I don't need more keys - then why would I try and get some more?

Yes, that's the case here too... I got 6-7 live accounts, including my girlfriend's , my brother's, my sister's, etc... I need 4-5 keys cause I run multiple installations for beta purposes, network tests,etc it's my job...

I've seen that when you try to open the 32bit page, most of the times it has a timeout of about 30 seconds until it gives the error ...Has anyone noticed if when you finally get there, it opens at once or you wait again these 30 secs and then it gives you the key?

Cause if it comes at once, it means we don't have to wait 30 secs for a refresh...we should refresh after 3-4 secs and expect results...

I got 1 32 & 2 64's so I'm good for now, I activated my 32bit 7 with a 64 bit key so that is now been tested, I will reload my old vista drive on my desktop with 7 & run 64 on it.

That's how it worked for me , 3-4 sec refresh .

Well, if the 64bit activates 32bit, then it's faster to create 5-10 windows live accounts and get 10x 64 bit, than refresh for hours.....
