Windows 7 BSOD twice. Please help

I would like to seek an assistance. I experienced BSOD 10 times and it was happened last week. I suspected that it is caused by my OS. I've already re-format my hard drive then the same problem occurred. Where did I go wrong? I don't have a clue where the problem do exists. Please please help me..

Please follow these steps in that order,

Uninstall Comodo,restart,use the comodo removal tool to clean remaining fragments https://docs.google.com/leaf?id=0B-...FlYmUtNjlkZjA4N2U5N2M1&hl=en&authkey=COfAidcF

Download and install MSE Anti-Malware, Virus, Spyware Protection | Microsoft Security Essentials

Noted. I am using MSE before and I experienced BSOD that's why I switch to COMODO but then again I experienced a two counts of BSOD. Is it my hardware now? For the info of my dump file you can check my attachment.

Yes you had bsod but you dont know what cause it (none from ur minidump blame mse)

Well try the above steps and as always post back with any results.

I run the memtest and chkdsk and the result was good, no error found. I passed 5 tests at memtest. Apparently after I finished the memtest this error shows off ntfs.sys (0x00000024). It annoys me well. I come up with the solution of formatting my hard drive T_T. Now my OS is fresh and Im installing again.

I am using MSE again. Hope my hardware is okay. T_T

I am doing sfc /scannow everyday after I formatted my hard drive. Apparently, yesterday I experienced again a 0x0000024 error.. what seems to be the problem? On a blue screen it has a suggestion to check my /F but I am not using my /F.. And also I am doing chkdsk /r... I m so hollow ;(

UPDATE: it's the RAM that causes random BSOD. I was just guessing what might be the root cause of random BSOD so I decided to replace first my RAM then I bought a new memory and replaced the old one. And here it goes now.. running smoothly as before. wew.. But why does memtest86+ didn't diagnose that my RAM is faulty? I passed 6 times in memtest and found nothing.. hmmmmmm.. by the way my pc is in good condition. Thank you sevenforums...
