Yes, thanks. Very strange. Don't have much to go on this way.. the logs claim multiple bluescreens, more than you have sent and tose you did send were incomplete...
Lets address an issue in the logs (MpTelemetry), just to be sure it si not an update issue:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options .

Note If the menu is not available in the Internet Explorer window, press the ALT key on the keyboard to display the menu.
3. On the Connections tab, click LAN Settings , and then click Advanced .
4. Delete any entries in the Exceptions section, and then click OK .
5. Close Internet Explorer.
6. Click Start
VistaStartButton.jpg
, and then type cmd in the Start Search box.
7. In the search results list, right-click Cmd.exe , and then click Run as Administrator .

SecurityShield.jpg
If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Continue .
8. Type the following commands. Press ENTER after each command.
• netsh winhttp reset proxy
• net stop wuauserv
• net start wuauserv
9. Try to install the updates again.

Method 2: Enable the "Automatically detect settings" option in Internet Explorer
To do this, follow these steps:
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options .

Note If the Tools menu is unavailable in Internet Explorer, press the ALT key to display the menu.
3. On the Connections tab, click LAN Settings .
4. Click to select the Automatically detect settings check box, and then click OK .
5. Try to install updates again.

There is one more thing to try. You have a very old driver that should not be needed in W7:

HTML:
giveio.sys Thu Apr 04 04:33:25 1996 (316334F5)
If you know what software you use that this came with, delete that software. If you don't, rename it to giveio.bak and reboot, see if any program you use, breaks.

Post back please.

OK... it's become a long thread and though I always assume OP's follow all earlier advice given... in this case I forgot to check that.

If you did a clean install of XP and that crashes too... it must be a hardware/bios problem.
Please do the 6-7 passes (= 6-7 HOURS) of memtest86+ as suggested earlier by ZigZag.
