Please post here cpu,gpu and motherboard
temperatures when in idle.
For the temperatures
you can also use Speccy
Snip the summary and
upload it here.
Tip: keep always
clean everything inside the computer case,
especially the fans.
Then read
carefully this tutorial,
and run prime95
Finish and post back
with any results.

It seems that Intel Burn In Test failed to diagnose my unstable pc even If run it 1 hour.. Prime95 did in 2 minutes .. I fixed my volts and now Im good
